Curtis Neal Everman, age 93 died at 3:45 pm, May 28, 2021 at Mason Pointe in Sullivan.
A Graveside Service and burial Celebrating Curtis’ life will be in Wright Cemetery, Findlay, Illinois on Friday morning, June 4th beginning at 11:00 am. Pastor Wayne Kent, officiating. Tanzyus Logan Funeral Service and Care is in charge of arrangements.
Curtis was born on in May of 1928 at Findlay, Illinois, the son of Alva Curtis and Jewel Everman. He served in the US Army immediately after WWII during occupied Japan. He married Willodean Massey on his birthday in May of 1948. Together they raised a daughter, Brenda. Curtis worked in Sales of Auto Parts for Gebhardt’s, Fred Campbell, Sangamo & Donnelly’s. He was a Master Mechanic who could fix anything! Curtis was a member of First Christian Church and the American Legion #409 of Findlay.
Surviving are his daughter Brenda Wilcott and husband Bob, and grandson Keenan Wilcott, all of Decatur.
He was preceded by his parents, his wife in 2014 and half brother Eugene Mowry.
