A visitation and prayer service will be held on Monday, February 25, 2019 beginning at 6 to 8 pm. at Heartland Community Church (3253 N. Brush College Road Decatur, IL. 62526). Sign her family guestbook below: Brittany was born in Decatur in October 12 of 1995. She was the daughter of Heather Hopkins and Brian Shelton. She worked as a waitress at the McCalister’s Deli. Surviving are her son, Kadan Shane Embrey, mother, Heather Yancey, father, Brian Shelton, brothers, Dustin Hopkins and Westin Shelton, step-fathers, Raymond Miller and Kurt Yancey, grandparents, Cindy Blackwell, Sharon Willis, Bonnie Howell-Dippel, great grandmother, Carol Craig many aunts, uncles and friends. She was preceded in death by her brothers Brandon Hopkins and Jonathan Shelton. Special thanks to dear friends Kara and Tony Fussner for all their help.
