Delmar "Del" Gross

Delmar (Del) D. Gross passed away in his home, on Sunday, April 14th, at the age of 84.

He is survived by his brother Arnold Gross, his wife Judy of 57 years and his two daughters, Jill and Gayle and their families.

Del was a pillar of St. Johns Lutheran Church, serving as the Chair Person for the Properties Committee for many years. He lived to serve God and the church until he passed away.

Del was a devoted husband, father, brother and grandfather who will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved him.

Del will be honored at St. Johns Lutheran Church on Wednesday, April 17th. (2727 North Union St.
Decatur, IL 62526). The visitation will be from 1:00 -2:00pm followed by the service and burial. In lieu of flowers, Del asked that donations can be made to:St. Johns Lutheran Church Cemetery Fund. Tanzyus Logan Funeral Service and Care is in charge of the arrangements.
