Frances “Toad” Ann (Miller) Gust, 97, of Mt. Zion, Illinois, died Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at home with her family around her.\nA graveside service will be Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 11:00 am at Point Pleasant Cemetery, Long Creek, Illinois. Pastor Matthew Versemann will be officiating. Memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, 1960 East Johns Street, Decatur, Illinois 62521. Tanzyus Logan Funeral Service and Care is in charge of arrangements.\nFrances enjoyed her bridge and rummy clubs. She married Elmer Gust in August of 1956. He preceded her in death.\nFrances is survived by son, Steve Allison; grandchildren, Tara and husband, Tony Rosetto, Jay C. and wife, Jamie Allison, Chris and husband, Ted Bromir, and Jeff and wife, Holly Allison; great grandchildren, Alexis and Kendall Reed, Andrew Bromir, Ashley Creamer, Bailey Gowin, Connor Allison, and one great great grandchild, Waylon Creamer. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son and daughter.\nSpecial thanks to Grandma’s card playing buddies and lunch friends. She was blessed to have shared so much time with them. She was a loving mom, grandma, and friend who enjoyed spending time traveling and playing cards with them all. She will be dearly missed.
