Jeffery Wayne Bundy, 78, of Decatur, Illinois passed from this earth on January 22, 2026.

A graveside services to celebrate Jeffery's life will be held at 2 pm on Friday, March 6, 2026, at Graceland Cemetery (2091 N. Oakland Ave. Decatur, Illinois 62526). Tanzyus Logan Funeral Service and Care is in charge of the arrangements.

Jeffery was born on July 11, 1947, to Elmer and Eleanor (Ninick) Bundy. They preceded him
in death. He worked for the Norfolk Western Railroad/Norfolk Southern Ry from 1968 until his retirement in 2007.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Sue Bundy, of Decatur. Daughter, Stephanie Bundy of Heber Springs, Arkansas. Sons, Greg Bundy and wife, Ronda of Maroa, Illinois and Beau Bundy and wife, Katrina of Camden, TN., Grandchildren, Megan Shook of Louisville, KY, Cody and Callie Bundy of Greenbrier, Arkansas,
Gabrielle Bundy and Giovanni Dominici of Navarre, FL, Isaac Bundy of Camden TN, Meredith Bundy and Macy Bundy of Longview, Washington, and Harper Bundy of Camden, TN., Great-grandchildren, William Shook of Louisville, KY, Lukas Bundy and Logan Bundy (who is due to arrive in May) of Greenbrier, Arkansas., Sister, Barbara (Vernon) Mercier of Decatur and brother, Brad (Valerie) Centola of Decatur, several nieces and nephews, including Jeffery's favorite nurse, Rachelle (Caleb) Miller and boys Kyrie and Deacon, cousins and many friends also survive.

Memorials may be made in his honor to the Decatur Macon County Animal Shelter or
the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
