Nathan Gabriel Doub, 22 of Decatur died as a result of a motorcycle accident on Monday May 27, 2024.

A visitation will be held Friday May 31, 2024, beginning at 5pm to 7pm. at Central Baptist Church 1275 Mt. Gilead Road Decatur, IL. 62521. A funeral to celebrate Nathan’s life will be Saturday June 1, 2024, beginning at 10 am. also at the church. Pastor Dave Brown will be officiating. The burial will be in Mt. Gilead Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Central Baptist Church. Tanzyus-Logan Funeral Service and Care is in charge of the arrangements.

Nathan was born in January of 2002, in Decatur, IL., son of Kevin and Jessica Doub. He was homeschooled and graduated. Nathan was an assembly worker for Caterpillar Tractor Company and a member of the local union. He was a very active member and loved Central Baptist Church. He was a quiet, calm, kind, loving young man and a giver of his time and talents. He loved God, his family, friends and his church. He was not ashamed of his God and witnessed to many for such a young man. He enjoyed working out at the gym, basketball and cars.

Nathan is survived by his parents, Kevin and Jessica Doub of Decatur, siblings, Chloe, Caleb, Aiden and Ella Doub, Grandparents, Gary and Judy Doub, Thomas and Joan Kramer.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Lynne Symes.
