Sharon Jean Willis 75, of Decatur passed on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at Mt. Zion Health and Rehabilitation Center.

A family led celebration of Sharon’s life will be held at 1-5 pm on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at the Harristown Community Center (185 N. Kembark St Decatur, Illinois 62522) Tanzyus Logan Funeral Service and Care is assisting with arrangements.

Sharon was born in November of 1950, daughter of Bill and Shirley Ramsey. She will be remembered for her strong work ethic and vibrant spirit. Sharon worked many years as a bartender and also took pride in driving a forklift, roles she carried out with dedication. She enjoyed shopping and going out to eat, especially when spending time with family and friends. Sharon will be remembered and missed by those who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her daughters; Bridgett Porter, Tiffany McDaniel, Heather Yancey and Sherry Atchason, grandchildren; Jeffrey Roark, Kayla McDaniel, Landon Lebon, Paje (Mikayla) Hopkins, Amber Lowery, Olivia Broome, Weston (Julia) Shelton, Dustin Hopkins, Joshua (Brandi) Atchason, Andrew (Jade) Carter, and Zakkery (Haley) Kochell, and several great grandchildren.

Preceded by her parents, two brothers Mike and Larry Ramsey, and grandchildren; Brandon Hopkins, Brittany Shelton and Johnathon Shelton.
