Teri S. Rouse Obituary (2017)

Teri S. Rouse, 48, passed away Thursday, February 2, 2017 in her home after a courageous battle, surrounded by family and friends. Visitation will be Saturday, February 18 at 10:00 AM followed by Memorial Service at 11:00AM in First General Baptist Church, 2825 S Baltimore Road. Tanzyus Logan Funeral Service and Care is assisting the family. Teri was born in November of 1968 in Decatur, IL to Richard and Joanne Chandler. She attended First General Baptist Church. She was an APA member and owned The New Back Door (Poorhouse). She married Charles “JC” Rouse in May of 2013. Teri is survived by her husband, JC, father, Richard, mother Joanne (David), brother, Mark, nephew, Arron, step-daughter, Breanna, brothers in law, Scott (Nolana) and David, her constant companion, Sue, Aunt, Janet Irish, uncle, Russell West (Judy,) nephews, Brian Kupiec (Pearly), Keith Kupiec (Carla), Jarrod West (Laura) and Blake West (Kelly), several cousins and many many friends.
