Rosemary “Wickline” Pfeifer, 91 of Decatur died at 3:58 am. Saturday, November 28, 2020 in Hickory Point Christian Village Forsyth, Illinois with her family at her side.
A funeral service to celebrate Rosemary’s life will be held at 2:00 pm. Thursday, December 3, 2020 at the Camp Wilson Foursquare Gospel Church in Harristown. Pastor Brian Canaday will be officiating. Visitation will be one hour before the service at the church. Burial will follow at Boiling Springs Cemetery in Decatur. Memorials in lieu of flowers may be made to the New Life Pregancy Center or to Camp Wilson Foursquare Gospel Church Tanzyus-Logan Funeral Service and Care is in charge of the arrangements.
Rosemary was born in January of 1929 in Warrensburg, Illinois the daughter of Wallace and Rosemond Janvrin. Rosemary married John E. Wickline in March of 1947 and he preceded her in death in November of 1994. She later married Jack Pfeifer in June of 1999 and he also preceded her in death in October of 2014. Rosemary enjoyed embroidery, search word puzzles, music and dance. She was a faithful member of the Camp Wilson Foursquare Church.
She is survived by her children, Cheryl Shipley, John Wickline Jr. and wife Connie, Russell Wickline and wife Cindy, Bernadine Berry and husband Rodney, Lori Price and Rich Goodrich, Diana Wickline, fourteen grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren and seventeen great-great grandchildren, sister, Sandy Bennett and husband Butch.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands, two sisters, two sons-in-law, and one great grandson.
